To give the ZRX 1100/1200 some extra power without damaging the airbox , MWR developed a power-up kit for these bikes . The Power-Up kit MC-045-97 replaces the original filtercover.

The Power-Up kit is mounted inside the storage box underneath the buddyseat .

The plate has two functions :

1)      To protect the filter from stored tools .

2)      To provide that a rainsuit shut-off the airsupply .

Remapping the ECU or the Fuel Control Module is highly recommended.

We developed for this bike also a full racefilter for all of those who goes to the track or participate in dragracing for the best possible airflow ...... because you need it for such a small filter .

The MC-040-15HE has a printed logo aswell at the front of the filter as indication of how dirty the filter is . The filter will be dirty very quick ( just like all other airfilters for this bike) because of the size of the filter , very important for the durability of the bearings from the supercharger

MWR developed  an “intake spoiler” for the ZX10 (2016 - 2020), it is placed in the front of the airboxentry (see photos), this Insert Intake prevents the incoming airflow from colliding with the wall at the airbox entry which generates more airpressure in the airbox at high speed , it is already tested and in use by WSBK KRT team . The Insert Intake can be mounted without modifications, screws or glues and therefore approved for every national and international championship

Installation is very easy , remove the original stacks and you can install the MWR stacks , you need the original mounting sleeves for installation

The XXL airtube and Fairing support are developed by Kawasaki Racing Team and in use by Jonathan Rea and Alex Lowes all season in 2021 , the airtubesize is almost doubled from stad and all other aftermarket airtubes to create more airpressure inside airbox at high speed

MWR developed a new performance filter for the Kawasaki ZH2.We have deliberately opted for a performance filter with a special shape to create as much filter surface as possible. This is to obtain as much power as possible with the best possible protection ....... because this filter is originally too small in a much too small space installed

In contrary to the competition, MWR has developed a completely new filter for the new ZX25R. This time it was possible to develop a High Efficient filter and a full race airfilter with plate .
